A Shawl is Born

Leave your patterns at home and come explore the joy of designing your own shawl.  Knitting with Romney Ridge's beautiful fingering weight yarn, Unicorn, you will learn to construct a shawl from cast on to bind off. We will delve into the role of different stitches in shaping and adding visual interest to your shawl, making it truly YOUR design. This class is for veterans and beginners alike. Bring your open mind and let your creativity flow.

Students should be comfortable with knit and purl stitches and know at least one cast on technique.
