I checked my campaign this morning and am so pleased and thankful to see how many of you have pledged your support! I'ma little nervous and a beyond excited and bursting at the seams with ideas! It's tough being me lol!
In my plans for my "traveling trunk show" I have included the purchase of the trailer ( I hate calling it that ... it needs a lovely name :), with modifications for windows -because colors are truest in natural light, ventilation -could get a little hot in there with all that yarn, a finished inside -because this trailer needs a little "girlification", and custom shelving -to make the best use of space. I also have talked with an electrician who will give me the option of plugging in at a show, market, or class location, or to use a small generator where needed. This will power my hot plates in my custom designed dyeing station so we can hold dyeing classes! yay! And outside portable displays so we can get spread out and get messy! :)
Another cost I needed to cover was the "branding" ... the application of my logo and lettering so as I travel down the highway people will say "Hey! look at that crazy sheep lady with the wild hair and a trailer full of colorful yarn!
So what can you do? Donate a few $$, I have many cool rewards! Tell your crafty friends! Share, share, share in FB, twitter, instagram, tell your guilds, your groups, your LYS or any way you think will get the word out! And remember, for now I am focusing on the New England area, but Cosmo and I are allllllllllllllways up for a road trip! Only 26 days left to fund Romney Ridge on the road!! Here is the link!
HAPPY MOTHER"S DAY TO YOU!!!
